For rates and to place an ad, call (205) 345-0505.  Having an Open House in the newspaper may be an effective way of advertising your home.  An eighth of a page will run about $200.00.  Remember always to include concise directions to your home, a price and a number where people can get in touch with you both day and evening. 

There are several internet web sites that cater to “For Sale By Owner” sellers.  Try ForSaleByOwner.com or FSBOguide.com.  Unfortunately most of the largest Internet home search web sites do not accept listings from For Sale By Owners.
